Food kiosk is a pilot project for IKEA Indonesia to bring better food service to the customers. During peak hours, a food kiosk is able to serve 8 customers per hour before the revamp.
The aim of this project is to shorten the process while the customers are ordering the food, while maintaining the usability and upselling the food products.
